Founded in Hong Kong in 1990, Gastro Primo (GP) supplies New Value-Added Food Product Lines, in other words, “kitchen-ready” dishes, food components and ingredients which enable caterers who have a limited number of staff to focus on the final touch and presentation before serving.
GP’s Mission
For all levels of catering establishments and restaurants, we are a “service partner” supplying high-quality F&B products, fresh or frozen, that are tailored to our customer's standards and budgets. We do not replace our clients kitchens, but serve as an “extension arm” of their kitchens, their products and its quality.

Throughout, production strictly adheres to the exceptionally stringent health and hygiene standards of the International Flight Catering Association (IFCA). Our production facility is both HACCP certified and ISO 22000 Registered, and all employees are trained fully on Good Manufacturing Practices, and other hygiene and control systems.
